@kirksandi, cool, enjoy your wheeling, but when negotiating a dangerous piece of terrain wouldn't it make sense to remove the children from the car? Or not take children on such extreme off-road trails? There are lower difficulty level tracks where families can go camping together.

And how is sitting in a car driving around all day better than playing video games and texting? How about families do something active together that improves the families health like sport or mountainbike riding or hiking if they want to enjoy the outdoors?
