my neon runs 10.85 in a 1/4mile non turbo plus i have AC and power steering i have almost 13,000 my though its all in the gears if you want an NA car to go fast my top speed is only 130 before my 10,000 rpm redline kicks in i own mustangs lol.

@rebeldriver If you want to gain a little hp and tork with the neon convert it to run on E85. with the right tune it will help some. but neon is not my first choice to tune. but i can't say much because I drive a 2006 Kia Spectra. Kia makes a grate cheep car but it definitely not the fastest. I would love to convert an Subaru WRX STI to run on Ethanol, because Ethanol is a high octane fuel. but with this economy i am sticking with my Kia.
